Smarter Travel promoted with ‘Go Dundalk’ presence in St Patrick’s Day Parade
Dundalk’s bid to become a demonstration town for ‘Smarter Travel’ is to be showcased in the town’s St Patrick’s Day Parade next week when local schoolchildren will participate in a walking bus bearing a new ‘Go Dundalk’ logo.

Dundalk shortlisted in €50m ‘Smarter Travel’ competition
Dundalk is among 11 towns and cities shortlisted to compete for a share of €50m in Government funding and to become world-class demonstration zones for ‘Smarter Travel’. The winning locations will be used to show the rest of the country what can be achieved by reducing reliance on cars.
